This is a chess board made of walnut.
I purchased it about a year ago from an American on Etsy for $150. I bought it for display and have stored it in a place away from direct sunlight, so it's practically new. The seller has withdrawn from Etsy, so it seems it's no longer available for purchase.
It has a smooth texture and, due to the nature of the wood, is lighter than it appears. It's suitable for both display and actual play. Both the front and back have numbered ranks, allowing it to be used as a chess board. (Please refer to the first and fourth photos for details.)

As stated above, this item is in like-new condition, but please understand that it has been in someone's possession once, and it is a foreign product. Those who are overly concerned about minor details may want to refrain from purchasing.
