Over all good condition but has signs of age. Theres patina the safety chain spring is sticking so you have to push it closed. The boy and girl charm are not sterling but those are dated 1958 so I left them on. Everything else is sterling and tested. The cabin opens up and the windmill is articulating. Total weight is 27.64 grams.
