This is a vintage Royal Winton "Rosebud" pattern toast rack. The toast rack is made of ceramic and has a yellow background with a hand-painted pink rosebud and green leaves on each end.
It was produced by Grimwades, England, and is part of their Art Deco-style "Molded Relief Ware" line from the 1930s.
The piece is trimmed with gold to accentuate its shape. Toast racks like this were designed to hold multiple slices of toast upright. The piece has light craving as would be expected given its age. The gold trim is nearly fully intact. The base has what looks like to gaps in the original glaze. There are no cracks or chips to the piece otherwise.
