Rare vintage boudoir doll - lady from the roaring 20s.
She has an amazing outfit. Velvet jacket, hat and purse, silk skirt and pink scarf. Crafted with great little details, like Art Deco buckle on the belt, the Mary Jane style shoes and back lines on her painted stockings. She has very distinct 1920s dreamy smoky eyes and red lipstick.
She is approximately 23” with the hat. The hat is removable and so all other pieces of clothing. The gloves, stockings and shoes are painted on her ceramic limbs. She has stuffed cloth torso.
The doll is in great condition. The only flaws are stretched out elastic in the skirt and paint scrape on one of hands.
I had her for many years, since late 90s, and I am not sure when she was made. She wasn’t new even then when I bought her.
