Manufactured by A. C. Williams from 1931 to 1934, this piece is an all-original model featuring a detailed slate roof, dormers, and trimmed doors and windows. It is painted in gold and measures 2" long, 1 1/4" wide, and 3" tall to the top of the chimney. The model is in excellent condition, with some wear to the original gold paint as shown. The two indentations on the roofline on one side are part of the casting, as indicated by traces of gold paint within them.
