- Tweco® 14 Series Brass Gas Diffuser can be used with 450 A Tweco® No.3/4 MIG gun series as well as eliminator front-end consumables. Gas diffuser has magnificent electrical properties making it ideal for use in light to medium duty standard welding application up to 450 A. 1.25" Gas diffuser with 3/8"-24UNF-2A thread size has four 0.094" gas holes. It features part number rolled stamped on the external surface and overall length for easy identification. Gas diffuser is made from 360-brass alloy bar stock offers consistent dimensional stability. It features machined threads on the external surface to let the nozzle assemblies to thread over and accommodate the nozzle in place during the welding process. Gas diffuser features a conduit set screw that can accommodate the conduit liner in place. It has a proper threaded conductor tube to use with MIG guns. Gas diffuser is sold as 5 per pack.
Features:

- Recessed tips are generally used for higher heat applications where longer electrical stick-out is required, or in cases where the nozzle may touch the work piece (tack, spot, and stitch)
- Flush Tips are generally used where a shorter electrical stick-out is used sometimes resulting in shorter/tighter arc lengths, this brings the tip closer to the work piece
- Protruding Tips are generally used when welding open root pipe or any joint that requires the welder to get into a tight weld joint
- However the down side to this is the chance of arcing the tip to the work piece, which could damage front end parts resulting in downtime needed to replace

- Used in medium to heavy duty welding application up to 450 Amp
- Use with 24A series nozzles only
- Use with 34A nozzle insulator
