Later Days And Better Lays is compilation album of demo versions, alternate versions, and unreleased songs by pop punk band The Queers.
It was the band's last album for Lookout!. Drummer Hugh O'Neill died of brain cancer about two months before the album was released.
The album contains a hidden track, a cover of the Beach Boys song God Only Knows, which is the band's fourth recorded cover of that band’s songs.
