According to the shop staff:

It's a henry neck type with a black mohair wool body, and a docking construction with thick acrylic corduroy stripes. The black shadow 2-tone is eye-catching, and the details, such as the zipper on the chest, are wonderful. They said it was popular locally.

It's a European designer brand, and it seems Rose from OURS wore a knit with a similar design.

It's also said that Our legacy and COMME des GARÇONS sampled the design... The real thing has a lot of atmosphere.
