These are windproof pants I bought from Workman a few years ago.
Product number: RD1001 Size: L
I've been commuting to work on a motorcycle for several decades, and I don't think there are any better cost-effective windproof pants for motorcycles.
In my experience, when riding a large motorcycle, I feel comfortable with an outer temperature of 4-5 degrees Celsius without wearing tights underneath.
So, it would be too hot to wear these pants when entering a store. They are really warm.
Knee pads were included, but I removed them because they felt bulky.
They are designed for motorcycles, so they have stretch panels at the knees and waist to prevent the length from becoming too short when riding, which is a great feature.
When new, the color was quite strong blue, but it has faded, giving it a nice vintage look.
