The case is in good condition, except for the disc tray hub that holds Wrath of Khan, which is weak. However, you can easily place the discs in another case. This is a US import, I don't know about the region, but all discs are in good condition and they play fine (tested on a Panasonic UB820 region B player). The original slipcase is included as a bonus, since the 4K case is missing. It's a good collectors item.
