Real Blue Jay feather glass terrarium trapezoid necklace <3
This necklace was created using the Tiffany method of stained glass - hand cutting the glass, encasing the beautiful European Blue Jay bird feather between two pieces of thin clear glass, foiling it with copper tape and then soldering it in lead free solder. I applied a black patina to give it a lovely aged antique black gunmetal finish. It has been polished and protected against the elements. This necklace is very lightweight!
Measures 3' in horizontal length and 1" in width. Comes attached to gunmetal chain that hangs at approx. 16" long with lobster clasp.
Should not be worn while bathing or swimming, it is not 100% waterproof, so please wear with care!
