This is an original vintage dress with original buttons, belt and side metal zip. Handmade in the 1940s. Beautiful stitching detail on the bodice. Measurements for the bust and waist are in the pictures. I would say this would fit a size 12. It has a few marks around the neck so could do with a cold water rinse. Not sure of the fabric so I wouldn't use hot water as it may tighten up and shrink.
