The is the Operation game "Brain Freeze" edition, from Milton Bradley. It is complete, as you can see from the photos, with twenty-five S100 bills, twenty-five $500 bills, 13 "Doctor" cards, 13 "Specialist" cards, 11 plastic pieces that you operate on and the rubber band piece which I did not remove for fear of damaging it.
It is in good used condition and works, but there is some wear and tear to the box.
