The turtleneck has two adjustable strings to help tighten it on those really cold blustery days. The inner part of turtle collar is made of coral fleece, and the inner part of the body is made of polar fleece, skin-friendly and extra soft. The outside material is a weather-resistant fiber that protects from wind, drizzle (but not for big rain), and snow to keep your dog dry.
Easy to wear by slipping over the dog's head, then bringing the bottom up to clicking the buckle on the back.
The buckle is adjustable, it was able to adjust the coat for his girth and escape from the Velcro problems (full of hair and lint, barely stays closed, scary noise). Legs elastic are adjustable and detachable, you can adjust it to a comfortable size, which helps keep the coat securely in place.
