Nancy Drew book has overall light plus cover wear; a little color fading to spine, overall good blue color; a little spine lean; boards and binding tight; name/date inside front; age discoloration inside covers; some foxing to outside edge of text block and title page; some stains/smudges on some pages; one 1/2 inch tear noted; no writing noted to text pages.
Dust jacket has some edge wear/light edge creasing; a few small edge tears, mostly at spine tips and flap fold edges; minor chipping; some rubbing to flap folds, back flap is tearing (see picture); light water staining spots to spine; some overall soiling; good color to front panel; will be placed in removable Brodart cover.
