6 ponies, 4 skirts, and 5 crowns.
Their hair is in good shape except for the tinsel. The tinsel is frayed and crazy. I tried washing and putting product in their hair but the tinsel won't cooperate no matter what! Pinkie's hair is also cut. I don't see any marks or scuffs except for Rainbow dash's hoof.
I would reroot them, but I'm not experienced enough and didn't want to ruin them. Only buy if you are ok with the tinsel!
