New, never opened. The initial white box was opened to make sure there was a green Hulk inside. The card shows little shelf wear. From the 2019 SDCC, which I purchased in person. I know some people have asked me why so much. Well I paid a lot plus not many were made nor are many available to purchase. Hopefully that helps answer some questions.
