This is a mahjong set purchased in the Showa 30s (1955-1964).
When I was a child, adults would gather at our house, and they would play, enjoying themselves with lots of chatter and the clacking of tiles!
After that, we didn't play much, and it was stored in a chest of drawers at home.
There is some dirt on the case and metal parts (see photo 6), but the tiles and sticks are relatively clean. Also, one hundred-point stick is missing.
It's a valuable mahjong set, but it has been stored in a chest of drawers at home for a long time, so please understand and accept this.
Please use it for gatherings at the beginning of the year! (^o^)
