Louis Vuitton Tote W PM with black center panel and signature LV side monogram panels. The bag itself is in great condition for being almost 10 years old. It’s free from tears and odors and the leather on the outside and the bottom as well as the suede like material on the inside are in great condition. The issue is with the handles. They have seemed to have leaked a black like waxy substance that is all over them and is tacky. I have seen this on other bags in this style, not sure why. You can bring to Louis Vuitton to be fixed, I’m just not sure of the cost. The measurements are 16”W x 11”H.
