Selling four boxes of new vintage embroidery thread floss. This is mostly Texto Syltex Rope Rayon from Heminway’s. Manufactured by H.K.H. Silk Co. This is artificial silk. Most of it is still in the paper. This is not exactly deadstock in that it was in a personal collection. But they are new skeins that have not been used. Because they were stored in the boxes, there does not look like a lot of sun fading.
I am selling it as one lot:
• #825 Seal Brown Each skein is marked that it has 4.5 yards and there are 29 skeins.
• Texto Rope #282 Olive green is the name, but this is a brighter green than I think of as olive. Each skein is marked that it has 4.5 yards and there are 25 skeins.
• #725 Terra Cotta. Each skein is marked that it has 4.5 yards and there are 15 skeins. This box also contains 7 skeins of #558 which is close in color, but not the same. There is no box for #558.
• #662a light russet. Each skein is marked that it has 4.5 yards and there are 24 skeins.
