This dress looks new.
I am the 2nd owner. The corners and hem of dress was glued by fabric glue to make it shorter previously. I wanted the length. So I let it out. Please see last pics. On the inside, you can see the glue and some color transfer to the liner from the print material. None of this is visible when wearing. I have not tried to remove any remnants of the glue. I only washed it and hung dry. Price reflects. Maybe someone who knows about fabric glue off could soak it off. I did not try.
