These were my personal headset that I used when I used to fly.
I don't fly anymore so I don't need them.
They work fine.
The controller is sticky because I had it taped down in my airplane.
I never had to remove them they just sat in the plane in the hangar so they were ready when I flew.
I think you can clean them if you have patience. I don't have patience. :)
