Kasuga Kyosuke, the eldest son of a psychic family, lives with his father Takashi and twin sisters Manami and Kurumi. The ability to use psychic powers is a secret only known to the Kasuga family, and they have been moving repeatedly whenever their powers are discovered.
Kurumi used her psychic powers at her previous junior high school to run 100 meters in 3 seconds, so the Kasuga family has moved to a new town for the seventh time.

While Kyosuke is walking up the stone steps, a bright red straw hat comes flying towards him.
He catches it with his psychic powers, and the owner is a slightly mature, beautiful girl. Kyosuke gets into a slight argument with the girl over the number of stone steps, but they settle it by compromising.
As they part, she says, "I'll give it to you, it suits you well," and Kyosuke falls in love with her at first sight, even though he doesn't know her name.
