1. the keydous driver app needs to be installed FIRST before the keyboard can start working, the app will initially have a page waiting to detect the keyboard when you plug it in. You may need to tap on a key to wake it up and for it to be detected. Sometimes you have to unplug plug again for the driver to detect it.
2. the ON/OFF switch is under the keyboard, it's currently set to OFF, make sure you check that
