Item is labeled like new. Has only been posed less that a handful of times main reason whys its labled as like new is because the original batteries are not included, the instruction guide tells you which batteries you would specifically need. So you could find them easily at a battery shop/hardware store
The ones that originally came with the figure burned out after a couple days since the batteries that hot toys provide are pretty cheap, so getting new/better quality ones would be ideal anyways.
Other than that all accessories are included and are in perfect condition.I'll be able to ship it out within 2 days of purchase
