This is an old-school GE2527 analog multimeter with a yellow casing, designed for measuring AC/DC voltage, DC current, and resistance.
Features include a needle-based display, multiple voltage ranges (DCV up to 500V, ACV up to 500V), resistance settings (x10, x100, x1K), and a battery test function (1.5v / 9v). This unit is in complete working order, and I have had it in my possession, as the only owner, for at least 15 years. Dial turns with authoritative clicks in each selection area.
