Here is a used Spud Inc. dip belt, with an old thick heavy-duty chain I had added, (not like a lightweight chain for the ladies ) so you can add your weight plate on here and do dips or standing squats,. Look closely at all photos for any flaws or imperfections I may have missed. As these items are old, used, and will show signs of wear. May have, chips, scrapes, scratches, color fading, nicks, minor cracks, rust, etc. If you purchase any items before 7 am, I usually ship them by 11 am. Except for Sundays and holidays, or the unexpected happens. Note:* Last 3 photos demonstrate what the belt looks like when you add a weight plate. Weight plate in photo NOT INCLUDED!!
