This is an eye massager that I got from Amazon. Powers up and charges. The lights blink!! Tested it and all 3 modes work! Slow medium quick. Requires a 30 minute charge for it to work properly at its best. Oh and also all 3 massage modes have a different way it massages on each mode! It is actually really refreshing. The red light eye therapy is perfect for the redness and puffyness! In fact if nobody purchases this item within 2 weeks I'm going to just keep it. It's pretty amazing... Comes with a charging cord!
