Mr. Sekiguchi is one of the most prestigious kokeshi artists, who is the only certified Master of Creative Kokeshi by the Japanese Government.
He won the Prime Minister Prize three times, in 1969, 1973, and 1975 among other awards.
His works are too valuable that it is very difficult to get for an affordable price even in Japan.
