Civil War Books 2 of them 1800s

These are mine. I had them appraised 28 years ago and at that time they appraised for $250. I imagine they have more than doubled their value by now. These are poems as stores that we clipped from newsletters and pasted into a book that apparently was some kind of journal because these are posted over a list of names. Very good condition for their age. One date reads Feb 5, 1821 and one reads Nov 1825. I will not take less than what I have them posted for because I know they have raised in value. Collectors would enjoy these two great books - collections of poetry and writings. These are a rare find and maybe one of a kind idk but they are awesome. And look at the handwriting. Looks like it was written with a quill pen. See pictures. Make a nice gift for someone who loves civil war items. Purchased at a reenactment. According to a comment from a looker on here. If these are from the dates stated they would be pre-civil war by 40 years. I only know what the appraiser stated.
