Black vinyl edition (of 800?). Apparently some but not all of these black vinyl copies, as well as all of the colored vinyl copies, included a small swatch of fabric taken from an item owned and worn by Charles Manson. The fabric pieces were attached to glossy paper inserts authenticating them. Some black vinyl copies that were issued without fabric samples came instead with a mail-in rebate form to receive the swatch of Manson's clothing.
All copies issued with a 24 page full color booklet.
Numbered edition of 1000, which is likely to be a single numbering system with the first 200 on splatter vinyl, and the following 800 on black vinyl.
