Beautiful baby blue maxi / ankle length dress, bought to copy Kate Middleton's royal ascot look for a wedding! I paired it with a baby blue lace bolero coverup (also listed). It's a large size 14 (could fit a small 16), has a few layers making the skirt quite full. Very fitted at the top to enhance the bust and with straps that can lengthen or shorten. It has quite a subtle polka dot.
