Mesh panel on out sides of legs which is lined.(cannot see skin through it.)-Two front zipper pockets. 73% nylon 27% spandex. Lining is 87% nylon 13% spandex. Waistband measurement lying flat is 17 inches, rise is 10.5 inches, inseam is 24.5 inches.
