Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Czech Dress Clip
Antique dress clip with porcelain on center in saw tooth bezel setting. The porcelain is hand painted with a lady in blue clothes. Fine decorative brass filigree with flower accent and faux pearl. I believe this is Czech based on construction. The flowers are not intended to have stones.
