stands about 9 in tall by 12 in by about 6 in, front piece of the gate does come off, not sure if it was supposed to be like that or not, could put a light in the back to light it up, does have some damage on the back where the light up was, roof was coming out on the back, but I was able to push it in after pictures, damage on the fence up in the front, but very unique type of nativity building.
