This beautiful necklace is a sterling silver piece with an overall marquis shape and lobster clasp closure.
The necklace is composed of natural gemstones, specifically teardrop-shaped sterling silver drops and gray hematite beads. The hematite beads are attached to the very top of the sterling drops.
