History of HOUSTON

• 1947: The company's predecessor, "Makino Shokai," was founded. At the time, they repaired and sold clothing surplus from U.S. military bases (and were deeply involved in American denim culture from this time).
• 1964: Produced the first original flight jacket (MA-1) in Japan.
• 1972: The "HOUSTON" brand was officially launched.
