Excellent vintage condition, no flaws. This piece is beautifully constructed in a bowl-like arrangement of rings with a raised center and looks a bit like a sombrero. All faceted glass rhinestones are bright and brilliant with an unusually high prismatic iridescence that is difficult to capture on camera. All are prong-set. Clasp functions perfectly.
