This is old.
Porcelain Bisque doll from the 1920's sitting in her Art Deco brown chair.
Her outfit is fragile and tattered, as well as her ceramic chair has heavy paint chipping. Her legs, half arms, head and neck torso are Porcelain. Her main body torso is soft. She is strapped in the seat with metal prongs from underneath. She can be removed. Because of her age, I can not find any information on her.
