The WONDERFUL Skinny Dovetail Joinery, the Heart Escutcheon and Beautiful old surface makes this box special!
But it does have its issues, Read:
It appears the Brass Lock was replaced and the Heart Escutcheon Plate was moved lower to accommodate the New Lock
The bottom panel of the box was repaired, see pics. Looks like it was left upside down to dry and some glue dripped onto the underside of the lid . The Glue could probably can be lifted off but I'll leave that up to the new owners to decide.
There is 1 Satin covered pillowed panel on the bottom, there may have been one on the top also?
Nice small size: 10" x 8" x 4.5"
